How to join a Gmod server (Garry's mod)

To join your server, you will need to follow these steps :

• Launch the Steam Client
• Click the View tab from the top menu
• Click Servers, This opens Steam Server Viewer
• Select the Favorites tab
• Click the "Add Server" button
• Type the address of the server (find it in your server "manage" page)
• Click Add this address to favorites
• You can now click on "connect" and join your server

If you have made your server public, you can find it in the in-game server list.
In Gmod, click "Find Multiplayer Game", select the gamemode your server is running (example: Sandbox), then search your server name. Once found, you can join your server.
