How to join a 7 Days to Die server

To join your 7 Days to Die server, you will need to follow these steps :

There are several ways to connect to a 7 Days to Die server. You can use the in-game connect option, add the server to Steam favorites, or find it by name in the server list. Your server address and port are shown on your server "manage" page in the AxentHost panel.

Find your server address

On your server "manage" page in the AxentHost panel, you will see the server IP and the port needed to connect. For the in-game method you need the game port. If you use Steam favorites, you may need the query port as well, check your panel for the exact values. Make sure your server is started before trying to connect.

Join your server

You can connect from inside the game or via Steam.

Connect via IP and port in the game

1. Launch 7 Days to Die.
2. Click the Connect with IP button.
3. Enter the IP address in the top field and the server port in the bottom field (from your "manage" page).
4. Click Connect.
5. If the server has a password, enter it when prompted.

Connect with your server name in the game

If your server appears in the public list, go to the Server tab in the game, type your server name in the search field, click on your server in the list, then click Connect.

Connect via Steam

1. Open Steam and click View in the top menu.
2. Click Servers.
3. Open the Favorites tab and right-click in the empty area.
4. Enter your server's IP and query port (from your "manage" page).
