Contact our team
Discord for support, email for partnerships and press. The AxentHost team is online every day.
Pick the channel that matches your question
We are a small team and we read everything ourselves. Choose the right channel and you will get a faster, better answer than a generic contact form would ever give you.
Discord, for anything about your server
This is the fastest route by a wide margin, and the one we recommend for support. A server that will not boot, a mod that will not load, a world you are trying to migrate: post it in the support channel and either the team or one of the players who has already solved it will answer. We are online every day, and the community covers the hours we are not.
It is also where feature requests get discussed and where we hear which games people want next.
Email, for partnerships and press
Use email for anything commercial or formal: partnership proposals, affiliate questions, press and media requests, legal notices, or a billing matter you would rather not discuss in a public channel. Include as much detail as you can in the first message and we will come back to you directly.
Support questions sent to this address will simply be pointed at Discord, so save yourself a round trip and start there.
X, for announcements
Follow us for release notes, new games, incidents and the occasional look at what we are building. It is broadcast rather than support, so do not expect a reply to a DM about a stuck server.
Before you write to us
A good share of questions already have a written answer. The knowledgebase covers the common ones per game, from joining your own server to installing mods and moving a world across from another host. If the answer is there you will be playing again in two minutes instead of waiting on us.
Company details, our legal entity and everything on data protection are on the legals page.
Reading is fine. Running one is better.
